Se trata de un programa de Kaiser Permanente sobre el cambio de comportamiento basado en la investigaci\u00f3n, destinado a reforzar la disposici\u00f3n y la motivaci\u00f3n para cambiar h\u00e1bitos cotidianos.<\/p>\n<p>Gloria desprendi\u00f3 3 o 4 papelitos, los peg\u00f3 en lugares estrat\u00e9gicos por toda su casa e incluy\u00f3 uno de ellos en su pizarr\u00f3n de objetivos. Incluso program\u00f3 el n\u00famero de contacto en su tel\u00e9fono celular y pens\u00f3: \u201cAlg\u00fan d\u00eda estar\u00e9 lista\u201d. Ese d\u00eda finalmente lleg\u00f3. Comenz\u00f3 con las llamadas del Asesoramiento Telef\u00f3nico sobre Salud y Bienestar y desde entonces no ha vuelto a fumar.<\/p>\n<p>Gloria recuerda no haberse sentido preparada emocionalmente durante mucho tiempo, pero despu\u00e9s de esa primera llamada, dice que sab\u00eda que \u201cMi asesor es alguien con quien puedo abrirme y no hay juicios\u201d. Como muchas personas, Gloria se sent\u00eda avergonzada de su h\u00e1bito de fumar y tend\u00eda a castigarse.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMe dec\u00eda: &#8216;Las chicas listas no fuman&#8217;. Yo soy una chica lista. Entonces, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no puedo controlar mi adicci\u00f3n?\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Reconoce a su asesor por ayudarla a encontrar su motivaci\u00f3n y nuevas maneras de superar los retos. Escribi\u00f3 en notas adhesivas las citas que le comparti\u00f3 durante sus llamadas y las coloc\u00f3 en los lugares donde acostumbraba vapear, como en el balc\u00f3n. Descubri\u00f3 que estos peque\u00f1os recordatorios eran muy poderosos.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, con confianza en s\u00ed misma, no hay nada que Gloria no pueda lograr. \u201cCambi\u00e9 mi vida por completo y estoy muy agradecida por haber tenido este recurso.
