Quit vaping text program

Is your teen ready to ditch vaping but isn’t sure where to start? We have resources for them (and you)!

This is Quitting from the Truth Initiative is a quit vaping texting program available at no cost for Kaiser Permanente members ages 13 to 17 years old. Your teen will get daily texts and support from their peers to help them quit. To enroll in this confidential 60-day program, they can text “VAPEFREEKP” to 88709 whenever they’re ready.

Resources for parents

If you’re a parent of a young person who vapes, you can text “QUIT” to 202-899-7550 to get text messages designed specifically for parents of vapers.
