Ingredients

  • 4 ounces low-fat feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 ounces olives or sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, cut into strips
  • 1 cup cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 15-ounce can low-sodium garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small serving dish. Toss gently to mix.
