Lean and Green Protein Shake

- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup sliced banana
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or 1/3 cup soft tofu)
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
