Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or 1/3 cup soft tofu)
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
