Calories: Less than 200

Fat: Less than 4g

Sugar: Less than 6g

Protein: At least 20 to 30g

Protein Source

Choose: Protein isolate (whey or soy) or protein concentrate (whey, soy, milk, or egg)

Avoid: Collagen, collagenic protein isolate, hydrolyzed collagen
