Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/3 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 4 tablespoons fat-free milk (or unsweetened dairy alternative)
  • 1/4 cup silken tofu
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or peanut powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
