Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

- 1 tablespoon vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 4 tablespoons fat-free milk (or unsweetened dairy alternative)
- 1/4 cup silken tofu
- 1 1/2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or peanut powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
