Strawberry Banana Frozen Dessert
Servings6 servings (1 serving = 1/2 cup)
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other unsweetened dairy alternative)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- Slice bananas and strawberries and freeze.
- Place frozen fruit into a food processor and add almond milk and vanilla protein powder.
- Blend until smooth.
- Can be eaten immediately as soft serve or put back into the freezer for a firmer consistency.
